The final of the International Future Envoy Contest (IFEC) was held at the Tianfu Thinkzone Research Incubator Building on March 27. The competition is a public service event initiated by the Future Diplomats Public Service Program, organized by the Chengdu Translators Association and Linguist Translation Services, with the participation of 100 colleges and universities, embassies and consulates, foreign affairs agencies, foreign-related enterprises and government agencies.

The spark is a team of four students from the Faculty of International Studies, including Zuo Xingyi, Li Xiacheng, Bao Jiayi, and Chen Zhuzhao from the School of Finance. The team was led by Che Yu, Director of the Postgraduate Teaching Center, and won the national silver medal. Che Yu was awarded the Prize of Special Achievement of the IFEC 2021, Zuo Xingyi won the title of "Best Commander", the faculty won the "International Talent Cradle Award", and Chen Juzhao won the title of "Future Envoy" of the IFEC 2021.
